Orders

Shipping

As soon as we’ve completed packing your order, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your order as it makes its way to your doorstep.

Edmonton Pickup

Your order will be available for next day pickup at 12759 149 Street NW, between 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and will be fulfilled upon arrival.
Please read our shipping and pickup policy for further information regarding order status and location details.

Edmonton Pickup Order Status

An order status of processing means that we have received your order and will be available for next day pickup.
* orders placed on restock weeks will have order pickup details in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Order Status

An order status of processing means that we have received your order and it's currently being fulfilled.

You'll receive your shipment confirmation email from our logistics department once your order is ready to shipped. This will include your tracking number so that you can actively track your order. Your order tracking number and other order information will also be available under your TYDAX account in your recent orders.

Your order status will change to complete once you have picked it up.

We’re not able to combine or make changes to your order.

Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled and shipped in the order it was received.
You can cancel your order via email as long as we confirm that your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once your order has shipped, it unfortunately can not be cancelled.

If you’d like to place another order after cancelling your previous order, you can do so, but please confirm that your original order has not shipped and has been cancelled first.

We will process your order in the order it was received, alongside other customer orders. During restock dates, it will take up to 4 days for your order to ship, depending on the volume of orders.
On a typical order date we will ship out your order within 1 day of ordering.

Lead times vary and are based on weight, location and carrier.

ON - 4-7 days

We are unfortunately not currently accepting any pre-orders due to the high volume of orders.

Our Rigs, Racks, and Squat Stands all have the same specs when it comes to hole sizes and tube dimensions. The pin diameter for attachments such as J-cups, sport arms, safeties (& safety straps), dip attachments, landmines, and monkey chin-up bars all fit a 1 inch hole size ( 25.4mm).

All of our Rigs, Racks, and Squat Stands are constructed with heavy duty 11 gauge steel and 3x3 inch square tubing. As long as your attachments fit a 3x3" upright and can fit a 1 inch hole, your attachments should work with our gear.
