TYDAX Fitness Update with COVID-19 Precautions
In light of the heightened level of concern related to the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to provide an update for our customers.

Please be informed that we are currently experiencing delays and challenges with our logistics partners. We always strive to exceed our customers expectations with excellent and speedy service, but safety measures are being implemented across Canada with the current COVID19 Pandemic.
We are being asked by our logistics partners to ship direct to your home as many depots are closed for pickup. Our free shipping policy includes freight to your local shipping depot. Unfortunately, an additional freight surcharge must be applied to your order, as we are being charged by the carriers for this extended service and safety precaution. You'll see this fee when you choose the shipping option during checkout.
We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and we hope you understand we are up against unforeseen challenges with COVID19.

Our Warehouse is Open
Our business hours have remained the same for pickups and shipping, but as a precautionary health measure , our Edmonton showroom will be closed. During this uncertain time, our priority is keeping everyone safe. We’re monitoring the situation daily and will continue to take guidance from public health authorities.
Respectfully, all orders will need to be placed via our online store, and we will fill them from the warehouse, while taking the appropriate measures when handling product.
When you arrive at our warehouse, you will be asked to call the number posted on our front door. You'll be able to pickup your order at our shipping/receiving overhead doors, located beside our showroom entrance. We are making full use of protective gear, and a safe distance will need to be maintained between our customers and staff. As such we'll either load your vehicle for you or leave your product on the dock for you to load yourself.

Shipping Across Canada

As a result, we are being asked by our logistics partners to implement this extended service and safety precaution by shipping direct to your home.
The nature of TYDAX products are heavy and oversized. Shipping our products can be expensive especially direct to your doorstep. As a result, we've implemented a delivery fee on orders that would have otherwised shipped for free to a depot pick-up location prior to COVID19. You'll see this fee when you choose the shipping option during checkout.
Stock levels are current online
Our online inventory is constantly being updated so as long as it allows you to add an item to your cart, we have it in stock at the warehouse.
In an effort to serve you better during this crisis, we are remaining open and operational. We understand that mental health is important and fitness is at the forefront of that scope, so we are here to help you with your equipment needs.
Customer Service is our priority
We pride ourselves in being able to have real conversations with our customers at any given time. At this time, we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume so please be patient with us and email any questions you have so we can get your orders ready.
